Return & Refunds :
All items sold on Hangernook.com are custom printed specifically for you; hence, returns are not accepted in any case other than if the customer has received a wrong or defective product.
If you have recieved a wrong/defective product, please write us on support@hangernook.com and we will provide you with return/refund as per your choice.
If you have received what you have ordered then return and refund policy will not be applicable to you.
In case of defective items, please contact support@hangernook.com for resolution. Defects must be raised on the date of delivery, otherwise, they will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy :
As we mentioned above that all items sold on Hangernook.com are custom printed specifically for you; hence, we do not provide exchange unless you have recieved a wrong size item.
Our size chart is 100% true to its measurements and hence you are requested to properly check the size chart before ordering the item.
Product Unboxing Video:
Shipping is a critical process in the e-commerce purchasing journey and can be prone to issues. To properly document any unforeseen circumstances, we require all customers to create an unboxing video when receiving their shipment. This video is necessary for addressing any queries regarding the delivery process. When purchasing from our website, failure to provide an unboxing video will result in us being unable to entertain any queries related to the shipment. This is due to our need to adhere to the guidelines and processes set by third-party courier services.
Guidelines:
Upon receiving your shipment, inspect it before acceptance. If you suspect tampering or repacking, take pictures of the package, reject the delivery, and email support@hangernook.com with the images for verification. Ensure the camera is stable and well-lit, and display the shipping label clearly, showing all sides of the package to verify it has not been previously opened. Upon opening the package, inspect the product for correctness and damage. In case of damaged or incorrect shipments, please document the condition of the package and product without cutting the recording.
